1. Overview
At Super PC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund in accordance with this policy.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most products within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Products that have been opened, installed, or used may not be eligible unless they are defective.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Items such as software, digital downloads, gift cards, and clearance stock cannot be returned unless faulty.
4. Process for Returns
Before returning any item, please contact us at info@superpc.co.za or 066 438 9029 to obtain return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was supplied. We recommend using a trackable courier service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
