Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received. We accept payments via secure third-party platforms such as PayFast. Super PC is not responsible for any transaction errors or delays caused by third-party services. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 to 5 working days. Delivery times may vary based on location and courier availability. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may be based on weight or delivery area. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers but will assist in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.

5. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Products must be returned in unused, original condition with all packaging. Refunds are subject to inspection and may exclude shipping costs. Return courier fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. 6. Warranties
Most hardware sold by Super PC comes with manufacturer warranties. Warranty periods and terms vary by product. Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase. We will assist with warranty claims where possible, but final decisions rest with the product manufacturer.
